I have taken 3 first response hpt's and they all have a faint line on them. The last two i took are a little darker than the first one. I took a digital after the first one and it said no. Am I pregnant?

  • Yes, it doesn't matter how faint the line is. Mine barely showed either. Congrats Momma!

  • This happened to me, and I ended up miscarrying. I'm not saying this could be happening to you, just sharing my story. I had about 3 positive tests, but didn't feel pregnant. Then I took a digital one a few days later, and it said not pregnant. I miscarried the next morning.

  • different tests require different amts of hormones. I think the digi test requires more hormones than the regular tests.

Wait 3 days and take another digi test. But You're pregnant!!

  • Sounds like you got a baby on the way. Each test goes by HCG levels and some test pick up with less HCG levels and some pick up with higher HCG levels. I not hold me on these numbers is that first response will pick up with as little a number as 15 HCG level and the digital is closer to 40 or 50. CONGRATS!!!! Sounds like your just a few weeks along.

  • I personally hate those digital ones! I had the same thing happen to me. I would say your prego! If your still not sure..take another test ( not digital) in a few days.

  • Yep you are pregnant! Digitals usually require a larger amt of hcg in your urine which would explain your "no".
