For those who watch track their CM

So I usually have alot of discharge around the time I ovulate. Now I have been having unprotected sex lately with my hubby and I haven't had any discharge. Is the mucus supposed to come before you ovulate, during ovulation, or after you ovulate and don't conceive?
Thanks for your help.

  • From what I understand, it comes around the time of ovulation-- 12-24 hrs before ovulation. It is supposed to help the sperm get to the egg.

BUT it hasn't worked for me. the one time we did it without trying to get pregnant is the one time we DID get pregnant.

    Good luck.

  • What I always did (We tracked my CM to get pregnant) is when i notice the change in mucus, we started doing it everynight for about 4 days.
