I broke my ankle a week a go and can't walk on it for a while. I'm on crutches everywhere I go. I feel like I want to lose some weight and get back into shape and I want to start doing what I can for my upper body while I'm healing. (arms and tummy/love handles)
I have to be sitting down while I'm doing it and not putting any weight or pressure on my foot.
I think I can come up with some stuff for arms but I'm at a loss for the midsection... Can you help?
