  • I've always just ate 2 yogurts with live cultures every time I've had a yeast infection and it's always worked. In fact, everytime you're on an antibiotic, you should immediately start eating yogurt 2 times a day to keep yeast infection away.
It's so much cheaper than the Monistat and less uncomfortable!

  • OK this may sound gross but a clove of garlic works wonders. It's better for you than the stuff you buy at the store. Just take a piece, cut into it a little bit, and insert it like you would a supository.

The garlic will kill the yeast and any bad bacteria you have in there.

Also take probiotics (or eat a lot of yogurt which has probiotics in it) as they also will kill yeast (not only in your vagina but in your intestines as well...which can lead to many digestive problems like IBS).

  • Taking probiotics in the evening helps, grapeseed extract will help (but take with orange juice. It tastes awful). Garlic also helps. You can also do a sitz bath of vinegar and water.
