Does anybody else cook with Winona flour?

Winona flour is an unbleached, unbromated all purpose flour.

  • never heard of it but I think it is a brand not a "kind" of flour.

  • Yes, its a brand but its unbleached and its not bromated. Just wondered if anybody else used it.
