Not much of a cook. Bought fresh scallops and shrimp from Whole Foods this morning. Planned to use it to make seafood pasta for dinner, but ate out instead. Is it fine to leave the seafood uncooked in the fridge to cook for dinner tomorrow? Do I need to freeze it instead to keep it fresh? One day in the fridge should be fine, right?Answer Question
