How (& where) do you sell an entire household in less than 3 weeks???

Any suggestions of places to advertise the stuff is welcome.
Im doing craigslist.com and will be having an estate sale but was wondering if there were other places as well

  • well if u have stuff that might not sell but in decent shape freecycle.com for them left over things that dont sell

  • we have to try to sell as much as possible for some type of money cause my mom needs cash to pay for hospice and dialysis thats why it has to go so quickly..oh and the house will be sold at the end of september so it has to be out forthat as well

  • the newspaper of course, maybe go to a few local grocery stores and stores that have boards up front see if you can place an ad there.

  • Try the recycler,pennysaver online and maybe ebay.Good luck though.

  • Some local thrift store have bulletin boards. You would find a receptive audience there. Besides the places named, can you call into a local radio sales show? Put up a notice at the local senior center and any college campuses. If you have friends working at big companies with employee newsletters I have had great fast results from those in the past, as well as a local hospital. Ask a nurse next time you are in.
    And never understimate a table and sign on the front lawn. I look every time.
