  • Put them in a baking pan, sprinkle with seasoned salt, cover well, and bake about an hour. Very easy and tasty. Here is another good recipe:
    Chicken Supreme

    4 chicken breasts
    1 small box Minute rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    generous sprinkle dried onion soup
    1 1/4 can water

put rice in bottom of casserole, pour heated celery soup and 1 ½ cup water over. Place chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup. Heat mushroom soup and remaining water and pour over. Cover with 2 thicknesses of foil and bake 350° 2 hours.

  • Cut into nugget size. Fry them until fully cooked in little oil. Pour BBQ sauce over it and let it simmer until other dishes are done. VERY SIMPLE AND YUMMY.

  • You can do anything with them. We like grilled Italian chicken (just marinate in Italian dressing). I also make chicken and dumplings in the slow cooker, chicken and rice in the oven, chicken and stuffing skillet. We mostly eat chicken in the house and I ALWAYS get boneless and skinless.

  • Marinade in 1000 Island dressing for about 30 minutes. Coat in breadcrumbs, cracker crumbs or whatever you like. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies.
