Does anyone have a "balanced diet" written down that I could follow?

I'm having a hard time getting everything I need through food. I was never a big eater before the baby and am finding I'm still not. I know I don't have to eat twice as much but I'm having trouble eating everything I need to. Any help would be gratly appreciated.
