peanut butter cookies

I want to make peanut butter cookies and i need 2 adn a half cups of flour i only have a half a cup of regular flour and a whole bag of bread flour,can i mis them or just use the bread flour?Will it mess the cookies up?

  • Easy peanut butter cookie recipe: 1 egg, 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar. That's it. Mix together bake at 400 degrees till brown. Delicious. My kids love them.

  • I think you could probably mix it. But Im not sure. I say go ahead and give it a try, and send a few cookies my way once you have them done. They sound yummy!

    it says you can but your results might not come out as desired but it's example was cakes not cookies so with cookies you might be ok
