It's listed as B, L3. What that means is that there is no evidence of risk in humans, and it's moderately safe. What's more important is that the mother is not abusing her methadone, which, if i'm correct, cannot happen anyway since it's rationed by the methadone clinic. If mother is using any other substances, that it something to think about. LactMed says that it can also help newborns with withdrawl symptoms since they'll most likely be born addicted to it.
