  • Solids are not needed so as long as she is still getting the same amount of breastmilk or formula then she can have as much as you want to give her. Solids should not take away from the milk that she gets so they should come after the milk so she doesn't fill up on the food and not take as much milk.

  • I forgot to add... My baby only got a few bites of food about once a week at that age.

  • Go on your baby cues... if she seems happy with what she is getting than 2 times/day is enough. I don't think my son had 3 meals on a regular basis until close to a year.

  • Two should be fine at this age. They really should be getting the formula still and tasting the real foods.
