Do you know whats the healthiest food to eat to lower down cholesterol?

The dr. ofcourse prescribed me pills of 600 mg twice a day but I think thats to much plus the side effects always freak me out so I was wondering if any of u know anything healthy that can help?

  • red wine vinegar-- straight up 2 table spoons a day-- do it and have them re check you cholesterol in 6 weeks-- it will drop --

  • Yeah totally... take two fish oil supplement pills twice a day... it lowered mine, my husband and my mother's cholestoral..... also, if you can't stomach the fish oil i think flax seed oil pills work just as well or almost as well

  • Oatmeal.But for further reassurance,foods without chlesterol are semi-sweet chocolate chips,I've seen I've been watching mine,also peanut butter and almonds.

  • apple cider vinegar whole grains legumes (beans, lentils, etc.) fruits vegetables stay away from animal products and "white" foods (rice, pasta, bread, etc.)
