Full Bar?!

I am never much into these diet gimmicks but I am very curious about these. It seems like something that actually might work. Anyone have any experience with them?....or should I just save my money and get a big box of puffed wheat instead!! ha.

  • I've had a couple before. THey're really good but comes high on all teh vitamins and also it's like 320 calories. I think that would be somethign to eat if you're always in a rush but need to have all your meals. That has to be like some sort of replacement for a meal not a compliment. If i remember right it says to drink a full glass of water before eating the bar so that you can be super full when you finish eating the bar.
