Political Bumper Stickers

Just to lighten the mood a bit, maybe even get some good laughs:

Do you have any political bumper stickers?

If so, what do they say? Have you ever caught any slack or praise for them?

If you dont, is there any reason you don't?

  • I dont have any political bumper stickers, unless you consider my "Support Our Troops" magnet political..? Anyway, I saw a bumper sticker that said "Dont BLAME ME. I voted for McCain and Palin!" I laughed so hard when I read that. I couldnt ever have a controversial political bumper sticker or magnet. I would be too afraid of vandalism against my car!

  • I have one that says O.B.A.M.A.=OneBigAssMistakeAmerica

I get equal amounts of crap and praise for it.

  • I thought about it but I just had some on my house window instead. People are cowards and will do things behind your back when you're away. So because of it, all of my sayings were on my shirt, pen or on a key chain. if they had a issue they could say it to my face. Most all people were very positive toward me and it was refreshing. One of my shirts said vote republican, it's less taxing. Another said something like democrats want change yours with a picture of a piggy bank being broken. Can't remember the other ones. But none were really offensive mostly just who I supported.

  • I don't have any because I know too many people who have been harassed by right wing nutters. A friend in Alaska who was almost run off the road by some morons because she had an Obama sticker on her car. As they drove past they shouted something about not wanting a n***** for president, I don't recall the exact words now.

I try not to park next to cars that have potentially offensive stickers on them either. I don't want my car getting covered when some funny guy decides to throw a milkshake or soda at the car. Saw a car with what looked like totally baked on milk shake all over it one day this summer and it had a whole lot of bumper stickers.

I am in Alaska and all I see all day long is Obama stickers. I do see a few that have been kind ripped off but I can't say thats cause an anti Obama person did it or the person changed their mind lol!
