is jogging a little bit okay to do while pregnant?

  • If you did it before and don't have health risks, it is normally fine. But talk to your doc about it to be sure. If you weren't active before the pregnancy, it is normally considered a bad idea. Try walking.

  • My doctor told me not to do anything "bouncy". Fast walking would be better.

  • pfft! i run everyday i am 26 weeks pregnant. cant do anything bouncy? thats weird! why not? oh well. i do all kinds of bouncy things daily. my baby is fine. and so am i.

  • as long as you are still comfortable doing it and your belly and boobs aren't bouncing all around, go for it. sooner or later you will probably want to switch to something a little more low impact though
