If you are feeling fine and dandy? (no health problems) knock on wood

When will you really know if anything is going on in your body especially if there are no symtoms....I go to the doctor regularly and so far so good, but people do this then they get some kind of bad news or something and there you go to the hosp.

  • if your ever worried just tell the doctor, especially if there is a family history you can request that more be looked into it

like if you have a family history of diabetes and you get concerned your doctor should more than willingly ease your concerns by administering blood tests...etc.

just tell your doctor and keep up to date with all check-up and gynecology visits and that will give them the best chance of detecting anything

  • I think the biggest health problems women face are being over weight which leads to high blood pressure and Diabetes.Watching your weight, watching your sugar and sodium and fat intake is the best thing you can do for yourself among other things like eating plenty of fresh vegs, fruits and water a day, plus exercise and learning how to relax.
