  • I only have one child. I would hope the answers would be NO. Do you?

  • Parent's shouldn't have a favorite, they should love all their kids equally!

  • I do have a child that I seem closer too. I love them both, but I am closer to one than the other.

My kids are totally different people but no I certainly don't have a favorite. That's just .... crazy. I can't think of another word for it. How could someone favor one of their children over the other(s)?

  • It's my youngest of three. They are now all adults. No one prepares you for how much your children can break your heart when they are teens and adults. I get so profoundly disappointed in my other two children.

  • I honestly think the one I'm pregnant with is my favorite. its a little boy and I"m so excited. I like him so much better, because he doesn't need diapers changes, food, or chocolate milk! He never demands more of me than letting him kick gently from the inside.

  • I love all of my children. I just don't like one of them very much. They are all grown now. My daughter has made some horrific choices in her life. By choosing that life she is choosing not to have a relationship with us. One of her brothers was arrested trying to depend her from an abusive boyfriend. I wouln't say I have favorites. I do have lots of heartache and disappointment as a result of one of my children totally rejecting everything we taught in our home. My sons now are rejecting her until she cleans her life up. It is really hard. Please don't judge until you've been there.

  • I would never love one child more than another. I love all my children very much, unconditionally. As they grow into adults I have different relationships with them. And sometimes it may seem I have one that is a favorite, but really over time it evens out! As adults some of our kids are more "needy" than others and they seem to get all the attention. My children are all very different people as adults, and I love each of them equally but differently...I guess that's how you'd say it!
