Do they make any kind of natural diaper rash cream?

My daughter SCREAMS when I put Desitin on her diaper rash....I think it stings her or something....I was just curious what kind of diaper cream you use, if you've ever had something like this happen, and if you know if there is some type of natural diaper cream out there?

  • It's not natural, but Aquaphor and Aveeno are awesome.

  • I use Method Baby. It's natural, and gentle, but if you have a full blown diaper rash case, I would use Bordeaux's Butt Paste. My DD has been sensitive to other creams before too, and this one never bothered her.

  • Butt Paste is a good one. The best one on the market is Dr. Smith's. It's the one my hospital recommends, but in my town it is only available at Drug Emporium. It works extremely well. A&D is pretty good too (blue label not brown).

Desitin doesn't work well for my kids either.
