For those who have discussed iud and pregnancy with me...

Is the pregnancy said to be more painful?

Would you feel pain from being pregnant because of the iud?

If I am pregnant the only thing i've had is probably a week of cramps the whoe time...

  • If you think you are pregnant, have an IUD and have one-sided pain see a doctor RIGHT AWAY. I tell you from experience that ectopic pregnancy is NOT FUN if you blow it off until it's about to rupture. Women who have IUDs are much more likely to have an ectopic if they do become pregnant with the IUD in place. I don't mean to scare you, because like as not you're not pregnant and if you are then it's in the uterus, but be on the lookout for one-sided pain after a positive pregnancy test.
