  • Squats, squats, squats!!! Do lots of them...when I do leg and butt day, I do over 100 squats...a lot of different types like bar squats, dumbell squats, plie squats, pulsating squats. Also, lots of Lunges!!! Lunges are great for glutes and there are many different ones you can do to.

  • running up an down the tairs allday or lay down like your doing sit ups anslift your legs but never let them touch the ground and do as many as you can ts hard but it works
