What vitamin?

what do you take to keep your hair from falling out as much?
AND, is it B12 that gives you energy? Do you have to take anything with it to absorb better?

  • most vitamins on the shelf at your average grocery store are only 10% absorbable but a friand of mine shops with a health and wellness company and the vitamins have an 85% absorbency She absolutely loves them I think this might help you out alot here is the website to request additional info http//
