  • The easiest one I know is your ground meat and a package of dry onion soup mix, some bread crumbs, an egg, a little catsup. Form into a loaf, pour more catsup over and bake- about an hour or until done.

  • MEATLOAF MUFFINS!!!!

take 2lbs of beef and mix in
4 slices of crumbled up bread
a good squirt of mustard, ketchup, and bbq sauce
    an egg
    any seasonings you want

mix with your hands or spoon
use an ice cream scoop and put it in muffin tins, brush the tops with bbq sauce
....bake at 450 for 20 min
great individual servings, and cooks alot faster than the loaf

for side...augratin potatoes are good, or even tater tots or french fries...my fav is white rice, with butter, garlic, and oregano mixed in...yummm

  • i use a couple pounds of hamburger meat, 2 eggs, 1/2 pack of crumbled crackers, a tablespoon of dales seasoning, and ketchup. mix together and throw it in the oven. as for sides, i normally do mashed potatoes but maybe you can do potatoes salad or something
