  • Jello is what pops into my mind right away. Certain sherbets don't have fat. Pudding made with skim milk.

  • Go to www.sparkpeople.com (its a free website) and you can access their recipe collection which is all healthy but good recipes. I've gotten numerous recipes from there that I use and we all love. Also you can do baked pears or apples, which are great for fall, by coring an apple or pear, cut in half , and fill the hollow part with a mixture of 1 tsp brown sugar, sprinkling of cinnamon or ground ginger, and a couple drops of maple syrup. Bake at 350 (covered) for about 30 minutes. You can also put raisins in if you like.

  • I agree with AprilDJC that I like sparkpeople a lot. I also like the recipes in Fitness -- they have a whole section on dessert recipes on their website here: http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/recipes/desserts/
