  • Drop one nursing session per week until done, if you must.

  • Krysta hit it right on the head. One feeding dropped per week till gone. Easiest on both of you.

    There is ONE better method....do NOTHING. Baby will do it all.

  • yeah one feeding a week... if you have trouble it's because baby isnt ready... and I am a firm believer in Child led weaning... there are reasons babies need to nurse and need that human contact

  • I'm with these guys on letting the baby lead the weaning. That's my plan with my son. He just turned one, and he's nursing much less than he used to. I know at some point, he'll be ready to stop.
