After the birth?

After the birth of the baby i know that you bleed but i was curious to know if it is heavy bleeding or light?
Also would like to know if the scar from a c-section is really bad or gets better over time..

Thank you

  • I had a vaginal birth, so I can't say what bleeding or scaring is like for those who had a c-cection. But for a vaginal birth - it is heavy - really heavy bleeding!

  • C -section scar gets better over time, but mine is so low it's not like anyone will see it if I wear a bikini.

  • I had a vaginal birth and bled very heavy for about 10 days -- the first 2 were horrible! Deck of cards size clot -- but I was told that is very normal. I actually used Depends for the first few days. Ugh!
