  • I don't really understand your question because it lacks of information. He is 2 y/o and hasn't sleep on his own. Does that mean he co-sleeps with you now? If that's the case, you should've let him off your bed by now, do you really want him off your bed? Please explain with more details, thanks!

  • He will sleep in his bed, maybe not all night long, until about 3 or 4 in the morning. I cannot lay him down, while he is awake and get him to go to bed in his own bed. I know I should have made him sleep in his own bed by himself long ago. But we let him sleep with us b/c we all got more sleep. And yes I do realy want him off my bed b/c we are trying for baby #2.

  • it will take some time but...

    1. get a kids fold out bed couch and put it in your room so he can sleep there.
(you can get them from wal-mart in the kids section for about $15)
    3. make sure that you have a good bedtime routine
    4. try staying with him at his bedside until he goes to sleep.
    5. use a night light
    6. let him fall asleep watching/listening to his favorite show/song(s)
    7. keep his room cool, and tuck him in.
(my kds like it cold so that they can stay under the sheets)
    8. when he wakes up at night and climbs into your bed, let him fall asleep, then put him back in his bed.
(He has to get use to waking up in his room and bed)
    Hope this helps!!!!!!
