  • I have a friend who had to take clomid for a year the first 2 times before she got pregnant. They slowly increased her dose to the point of they weren't going to be able to give her anymore when she finally got pregnant. When they wanted to try for a 3rd baby, they started a year before they wanted to get pregnant and got pregnant 3 months later. She calls #3 an oops pregnancy even though she was taking fertility drugs.

    Hang in there and GL

  • Cut out dairy, it encourages cyst growth. I tried to get pregnant for ages and got pregnant a couple of months after quitting dairy.

  • Are your insulin levels under control? PCOS is usually associated with insulin resistance/type 2 diabetes so getting that under control with diet and exercise is the best first step you can take. I've heard that Metacam (it's an insulin control med) works wonders for a lot of women dealing with PCOS.
