uuuhhm, a little t.m.i., sorry!

i'm 29 weeks & my nipple area has gotten really dry...? i've been putting on shea butter, that okay? any suggestions?

  • Try lanolin ointment...it's a lot better. You can find it in the baby section of walmart, and your local grocery store should carry it too. You may even be able to find it in the lotion area. It's specifically for your breasts, and baby can breastfeed with it on too. It's completely safe and natural. It's what I used.

  • Yup, that's all you can do. That's normal and any doc will recommend mostly any type of lotion for it.

  • I cant use lanolin so I actually got the gerber stick. I love it. It works for all kinds of irritations!
