  • If you really think what they did to that man was on par with what is done to a detainee or a suspect, you are kidding yourself.


    Mancow Muller a REPUBLICAN did not believe waterboarding was torture until being waterboarded himself. Then he admitted that it was unequivocally torture.


    Whether YOU or I agree that it is or isnt is irrelevant because the Geneva convention says it is, and the US signed onto the Geneva convention protocol 1 in 1977. So we are breaking our own laws.

    Yes they did Anon, Yet the UN is not making them answer for their behavior.
    River I know what it is like to be water boarded PERSONALLY it is called Survival Evasion Resistance Escape, We under go it so we know what it is like. That man lasted 24 minutes while the Taliban "tough guy" lasted 2-5 mins depending on what report you read. It is very uncomfortable and panic sets in but it is not torture it is not causing physical pain just discomfort. It will not kill you.
