  • It could be a side effect of getting off the mini pill

  • If you just came off your pill a week ago then you would not ovulate till next week, so pregnancy seems unlikely, but if you have unprotected sex then pregnancy is a possibility. I would just be patient and talk to your doctor on Friday. No need to worry over what may or may not happen!

  • You have to compute the last time you had sex to determine if are pregnant. An over the counter pregnancy test may be able to confirm this. Having a 9 month old and working an evening shift would make most people a little sleepy if not tired. The prescription you were on may also affect your hormone levels. First change you get a day off from work, let a lot of unimportant things go, rest, sleep, nap play with your baby, then rest, sleep nap. Get rest. And make sure you are taking vitamins. A lot of new mothers keep their pre-pregnancy schedule of housework, errands, activities, sleep, etc. not knowing that that they might actually need more rest and time off.
