my belly also....

my legs and arms are pretty thin but my belly is big.people think i am pregnant.what do i do???any kind of foods i should avoid.whats going on???

  • crunches, sit ups.. running or walking for 30 mins a day up to an hour.. eat healthy

  • its all about diet. Clean eating. Fresh everything. When you go shopping stay away from the center aisles shop around the border of the store where the produce meat and dairy are. should help you lose some of it
