This varies widely for each child. There are a few websites out there (Gerbers, for example) that provide sample menus and number of servings for a child by age. That should give you an idea but don't be surprised if you child consistently eats more or less. My son will go one day eating everything that doesn't move but the next day just nibbles. Try putting "child nutrition" into Google and lots of resources pop up.
