  • I give my son the gummy vitamins. He loves them. He is 15 months old and a very picky eater.

  • i went to GNC and got a chewable vitamin.

i don't think kids should associate vitamins with candy, so i didn't get the gummy.
mine is an older 2, and i just found out that she can unscrew the kid-saftey top... so be careful.

also, you don't need the best one out there, and don't let it be a substitute for his poor eating habits (just a phase anyways)

  • The picky phase will pass. Just keep offering a variety of healthy foods....
