Great idea? Nope. Horrible idea, and for what?
To raise revenue to go towards . . . what? Kennedy health care reform? Crap and trade? To pay down the debt?
Yeah, it's always wise to penalize the fiscally responsible and the financial risk takers that are willing to shell out their own dollars to make a profit. We can see how this administration sees that as a dirty word (profit).
This tactic is nothing more than the preverbial search in the couch cusions and under the car seats for coins.
