What do you feed your 10 month old??

What do/did you feed your 10 month old? She still gets baby food and her formula. She gets puffs and biter biscuits. She loves corn and peas (the actual veggie). She doesn't have an appointment until next week, so I just wanted some ideas on what I could give her. I know someone will say anything you eat, but sometimes for lunch I have a hot dog or pb&j or a sandwhich. Dinner is various, but like last night we had Hamburger helper. Can i give her that? We have grilled cheese and tomato soup, and tonight we're having Sloppy joes. I'm just not sure what i should or shouldn't give her.

  • at 10 months you can go ahead and give her what you eat. sloppy joes is fine! so are hotdogs. just not peanuts, peanut butter (anything dealing with peanuts) no seafood, no honey, until age 1. from what i learned with my first one, start them on meats now...so that way they get used to the texture and are willing to eat it later on. my first child refuses to eat any meat but chicken nuggets and very rarely hotdogs. my second child however, eats anything i give her cuz she doesn't mind the texture or the taste

  • You can give hot dogs as long as you cut them up and then cut them into smaller pieces.

  • That meal plan has NO green in it at all. Try adding some spinach(cooked gently and chopped) and some zucchini(steamed and cut up).

Emi eats a lot. We have food allergies over here, but she eats the following:

grapes(peeled and cut in half if they're small, 1/4 if they're larger), plums(peeled and cut tiny), zucchini(peeled and cut tiny and steamed), spinach(cooked and chopped), ground turkey(and lamb, and buffalo), chicken cut up, pasta slightly over cooked, potatoes, yams, pears(canned cut up), beans, blueberries, and I'm sure theres more but that's the main stuff.
