Anybody know about turkey processing jobs?

I've all but been hired at a turkey processing plant. I'm supposed to be a cutter. What is the job like?

I'm sorry all animal sensitive moms, I don't have much choice than to take it, almost livable pay and benefits.

  • I process chickens so I understand what the job entails and I applaud you! Not sure what a cutter would do since a lot of plants have machines that can do the really "nasty" stuff.

  • I commend you for taking a "less than desireable" position, so you can afford to feed your family and pay your bills. More people should take jobs available, rather than looking down their noses that the jobs are beneath them.

  • You will slaughter & cut up the chickens. Hope that helps ya some

  • Wow pp what expert advise. That just helps out enormously. Who would have thought that they killed chickens at a turkey plant? Next time try to actually be smart before being a smart ass.
