As long as you stay hydrated you will be ok as far as suppy. After you work out there is lactic acid that is released and ends up in your milk. It will not hurt baby, but it can change the taste of the milk to kind of sour. If you nurse before you work out and wait an hour or two after you finish working out it will not be an issue. Also you can pump and dump if you want to. Again it is not necessary to dump or wait, but I know my guys would fuss if I nursed just after I was running. If I waited an hour or so they were fine.
