  • About $350 for a family of 4, but we're cutting out food stamps after this month =)

  • I think about $520 for a family of three, BUT the only reason we have that much is I'm the only working and after our bills were paid (utilities, car insurance, rent), I'd only have maybe $40 a month to use for food and gas and anything else we needed. I was making like $300 a month, max. Hubby's looking for work, so hopefully we won't need them for more than a couple of months (just got 'em a few days ago).

  • its suppose to aid you not foot the monthly bill. if you manage it like you would your"own" money then it will last..600 dollars a month for food even a fam of 5 is alot of money!! be grateful.
