Coincidence? 10 Poorest U.S. cities all run by long-term Democratic leadership.

Why have Democratic Mayors and Democratic good intentions not improved the dependent poor?
Are they just encouraging the dependency?
According to the U.S. Census Bureau http://www.census.gov
What's been happening in Detroit, Michigan, and Buffalo, New York? nearly a third of the residents in those cities are living beneath the poverty line, the highest rates among large cities in the entire country.
Cincinnati, Ohio (third on the poverty rate list), hasn't had a Republican mayor since 1984. Cleveland, Ohio (fourth on the list), has been led by a Democrat since 1989. St. Louis, Missouri (sixth), hasn't had a Republican since 1949, Milwaukee, Wisconsin (eighth), since 1908, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (ninth), since 1952 and Newark, New Jersey (10th), since 1907.

These regions had a major part in putting Obama in office, let them eat dirt until Obama comes to save them.

They are teaching dependency. Did you not listen to Obama prior to the election?

  • Nobody remembers Obama with his big loud speech complaining the Government was doing wrong by letting U.S. citizens "make it on their own"? Obama encouraged dependency and the belief that he and big government would "save" everyone. This all was not that long ago, let the poor people get what they voted for, dependency, it's comfortable and safe for the non-thinking chronic familial under-achievers.

Translated, the population there of 25 year olds and younger have been looking for handouts their entire lives. And, 50 year olds have been dependent and looking for handouts all of their adult working lives. No wonder Obama took Ohio so easily. Let them eat dirt.

Why many of those states are struggling is because of UNIONS, who the Dems support because they "help" people.  Dems are against companies who provide jobs, and corporations are evil.
