diaper rash

my one year old has a rash and ive tried all kinds of ointment any advice on a good one

  • oat meal bath put oatmeal in a sock and put it in the tub with the baby.... see if that works.. Put underwear on the baby instead of a diaper.. might suck when the kid goes to the bathroom but it might help the rash..... when all else fails go to the dr they will give u something

    my DD only gets a rash if she has juice with hich acid content
    apple juice is fine,
    but if she has too much orange, pineapple, grape etc she will get a rash

  • feed yogurt...it will fix the ph balance in the system...you can also alternated powder with cream and then yogurt. Also, look for triggers...my DD gets rashes when she eats strawberries and other fruits.

  • Boudreaux's butt paste works well - try also putting a layer of vaseline or Aquafore over it.
