Post-pardom periods, how soon do you get it after giving birth?

I had my baby girl Rylie, May 28th, 2009 and I have yet to start my period. Is this normal or should I call me doctor? Please help, I am getting very worried....

  • Postpartum periods are different for everyone and each pregnancy. It also makes a difference if you are breastfeeding or not. After my first child I didn't get a period for 6 months.

  • If you're bf it could be months. It was 8 months before i got my period back and it now has a mind of it's own. If you're bf i wouldn't worry about it until you stop. If you're not then when you go in for your yearly exam talk to your dr. about it.
