Bread....Dempsters Smart breads & Wonder +

Are these breads really as good for you as they claim.

I have a hard time buying them, because of the 'white' color and 'gooy' texture they have. I am reminded of regular white bread, that is not suppose to be good for you.

This is the only bread my kids want and they are choosing not to eat anything else. I want to know if it is good for them? Or should I stick to whole grain breads that I usually and have always bought? They will find something else to eat! TIA

  • OMG. White bread is fine, but whole grains are better. As long as they're not sitting there eating a whole loaf of it at one time, it's fine.

There is such a thing as taking things to far to an extreme.
