When you are in a grumpy mood for no reason at all, what do you do for yourself to help put you in a better mood?

I know I could word this question better but I'm just in one of those moods and my brain is not working.

  • Usually I can find a source of my grumpy moods with toddler twins and a 6 month old baby! But when I am in a bad mood for no apparent reason I try to change what's happening. I take the kids outside or get out an art project. Getting involved with an activity with them takes my mind off my crankiness!
