anyone skilled in area of sleep disorders?

is there a name for ... well, kinda like having your days and nights mixed up, but like in a psysiological kind of permanent way. Like your body naturally becomes groggy and eventually needs sleep at "inappropriate" times, like 6-8 am and is naturally ready to awake refreshed about 8-ish hours later?

  • Yes. Delayed sleep phase syndrome. It's a circadian sleep disorder. You sleep more soundly in early morning hours, and find it difficult to go to sleep in the evening. I have this. I have a horrible time getting to bed at night and waking up at 6am to get to work.
