is it ok for a two yr old to eat tuna? i think so.. just double checking lol

  • yes, but be careful you don't over do it, only bcz the mercury level is too much for their body to handle, I let my son eat it 1-2 tmx a week if I make 2tmx... one of them is like a tuna salad with pasta ,so not so much tuna is eaten.

  • I get the Tuna that is in the package instead of the can. It's vaccume sealed and doesn't have the extra preservatives or water in it. It tastes much fresher too!
    Lots of little pasta bites green peas and cheddar cheese make great additions to a tuna dish.
    My daughter was Iron deficient and that was a great fish fix for us!

  • He should be fine...just give him a little bit to start off, if u c some sort of reaction in his body...then u know he is allergic to it....but otherwise it should be fine.
