I understand why someone might ask an embarrassing question anon, but why hide your face while declaring your politics?
I'll have to agree that, for the most part, anons are cowards. I have only gotten one nasty pm and she completely misunderstood what I had said. The bulk of anons just troll around trying to start something. I've seen a couple, or maybe it's the same one, who have intelligent comments but they are the minority.

I post some pretty controversial stuff and NO has ever filled my chatter box with hateful remarks. Plus, if they do, You can block them...
I think anons are cowards. They make every attempt to create drama and rarely answer a question with facts...

Ohh I have received a few nasty private messages... And then I either 'talk' it out with them one on one, or I block them.. It's so much better to stand up for what you believe in... Being a coward is such a pathetic trait.

Because politics are, believe it or not, a very touchy subject.
EXAMPLE: I dont like president Obama.
it could be taken as "oh well shes racist"
EXAMPLE: I dont like Sarah Paylin. (not sure how to spell it sry)
it could be taken as, I dont support single hard working moms.
Everyone's opinion could get taken wrong and nobody wants to get into fights and arguments about their opinions. Its scary stuff!
