How to pull out and clean behind gas stove?

So the wall behind my gas stove is grody. There's no splash guard so any splashes end up on the wall. I have never had a gas stove before so I am not sure of the proper way to pull it out and clean behind it.

Anyone know?

  • ok your gas line is a semi-med-in length tubing... just pull stove out gently... so that you see the tubing... DO NOT over stretch the tubing... then simply get behing there to clean, but just becareful of the tubing.... ask your dh to help if you are afraid... you will know if you broke the tubing in any way if you start smelling gas... just be careful and you should have NO problems...
