  • I looked into that company and almost started work for them. It is not a scam IF you can follow their requirements. ...Also, many of their products are not as "green" as they claim, which is why i chose not to work with them.

  • Tea tree oil REALLY works! I knew a woman who sold Melaleuca products and they really did clear up my acne. The laundry detergent worked really well too. I'm not sure about the household cleaning products. If I knew of someone in my area who sold Melaleuca I'd be really excited!!!

  • Tea Tree Oil works yes, and you can buy it for $5 at Walmart and it will last about a month if you put it in your daily routines. Its not a scam per se but it does not pay like PPL Inc. thats for sure!

......with daily pay and justice for all...Amen.

  • Scam? No. It's a business opportunity, just like Shaklee, Amway/Quixtar, etc. I was a Mela customer for over a year, I LOOOOOVE their laundry detergent and their antibacterial wipes. They did have some good products, but when DH got laid off and I stopped working it jsut wasn't feasible anymore. I'll probably go back to being a customer, BUT there are cheapers ways to have more eco-friendly products.

  • It's not a scam. It's a home business. So, yes, you will have to put money in to it and yes there is a risk that you won't make any money. But if you are able and willing to folow the training and programs they way they are set up, you will earn a decent income in time. I was with them, but as someone that is HIGHLY allergic to Tea Tree Oil I couldn't use the products and don't recommend them because I know many people that are allergic. Otherwise, the company isn't bad.

  • It is NOT a scam. They've been around since 1985 and accredited by the Better Business Bureau since 1987. It is a great comany. I'm a very happy customer. I know some people who are doing VERY well with this company.

  • We were customers for two years and never had any problems, actually I loved most of their products, I'd love to find someone that sells it around me. They have a lotion called Renew that is fabulous! The laundry detergent is excellent also. The only problem is that you have to place an order every month of at least $50, for us it just became too expensive. If you don't order by a certain day they will select products that they think you will use and send them to you and bill you for whatever amount it is. Their customer service is wonderful, exchanges and returns are handled quickly and very well, I would recommend them. I never had any problems at all.

  • OK well I have been working with them for six months. And I do like their stuff, but if it is so concentrated why are you required to order every month? I am really thinking about cancelling. And people in my organization are canceling because their orders are always at least 72 bucks every month. It is just too expensive.
