I bought one at a yard sale this weekend and was curious. I want to learn different ways to use this program so I can come up with some art/craft ideas and maybe start to sell a little on the side.Answer Question
Sell what? Clip art even on a software program CD or paid download they are usually for personal use only. To sell anything with the image you need to have royalty free clip art. Which usually you pay per image. There are a few CDs out there that you can use for monetary gain.. Just make sure you read the license file carefully.

Celtic Faerie is right about licensing stuff for commercial use.
I know because I'm a digital illustrator that does sell royalty-free illustrations. I sell them through shutterstock and my etsy shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=6095718 for about $5 each (and that's about as cheap as you'll find them anywhere).
Speaking of Etsy, it is a pretty good way to sell your handmade items. There's a group here on cafemom that's all about selling handmade, they can help you figure out how to do it: http://www.cafemom.com/group/6632
